Learn. Grow. Amplify your voice

iWoman Academy is a learning space for women who are ready to step into visibility, lead with confidence and be heard. Through practical, high‑energy training rooted in real media and leadership experience, you’ll build the skills to speak up, shape stories and influence rooms that weren’t designed with you in mind.

Who it’s for

For women who are ready to be seen and heard

The Academy is designed for women at every career stage who know they have more to say — emerging leaders, founders, creatives, community organisers and professionals who want to raise their profile, lead change and communicate with impact.

You might recognise yourself if you:

  • Want to feel confident on stage, on camera or on mic

  • Are tired of shrinking your ideas in meetings you should be leading

  • Have a story, business or mission that deserves a bigger audience

  • Want practical skills, not jargon, in a supportive women‑only space

What you can learn at iWoman Academy

Every Academy programme is built to be hands‑on, encouraging and immediately useful. You’ll practise in a safe space, get honest feedback and leave with tools you can use the very next day.

How The Academy works

iWoman Academy blends the discipline of professional media training with the warmth of a women‑only space. Sessions are practical, interactive and rooted in real‑world experience, not theory.

  • Small groups, so you get personal coaching and time to practise

  • Real‑time feedback from a trainer with 15+ years in broadcast media

  • Simple tools and frameworks you’ll actually remember and use

  • Options for in‑person and online learning (depending on your offer)

Not sure which programme is right for you?

Why iWoman Academy
Why learn with iWoman?

  • Real media experience – Training designed and delivered by a BBC‑trained broadcaster who understands what it takes to show up confidently on air, on stage and online.

  • Women‑centred approach – We talk honestly about bias, confidence and visibility so you’re not just learning skills, you’re learning how to use them in the real world.

  • Practical, not perfect – You won’t be asked to “perform” someone else’s idea of a leader. You’ll find a way of speaking, hosting and leading that fits who you are.
