Our Impact by Numbers

What We Deliver

iWoman Media

Our corporate arm partners with organisations to design and deliver bespoke leadership, EDI and media training programmes. We work at every level from emerging talent to senior executives, embedding lasting culture change rather than one-off tick-box training.

Areas of work include:

  • Women's leadership development programmes

  • EDI strategy and training

  • Executive media and communications coaching

  • Keynote speaking and conference facilitation

  • The Giving Chair — pro bono training for women who cannot otherwise access it

iWoman Academy CIC

Our open learning brand offers practical, intimate training for individual women who want to grow their confidence, sharpen their storytelling and step into visibility regardless of their employer or budget.

Programmes include:

  • Media Confidence for Women

  • Podcasting for Your Voice

  • Presence, Story & Speaking

  • On-demand self-paced courses

The Giving Chair

One of the most defining commitments iWoman makes is The Giving Chair a pro bono place on every iWoman Media corporate programme, reserved for a woman who would not otherwise be able to access leadership or media training.

Since its launch, The Giving Chair has provided:

  • Free training to women from underserved communities, grassroots organisations and the voluntary sector

  • Access to the same quality of coaching as senior corporate executives

  • A direct bridge between the corporate world and the communities it serves

"The Giving Chair isn't a gesture. It's a commitment to the idea that great training should not be a privilege."
— Ngunan Adamu, Founder

Our Reach

iWoman has delivered training and keynote programmes across:

  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom — Glasgow, London, Manchester, Birmingham and beyond

  • 🌍 Africa — leadership programmes supporting women in business and public life

  • 🌎 International — virtual programmes reaching participants across Canada, North America, Africa and beyond

The Ripple Effect

We believe that one woman trained creates impact far beyond herself. When a woman finds her voice:

  • She advocates more effectively for her team and her community

  • She mentors and sponsors the women coming behind her

  • She challenges the cultures and structures that kept her silent

  • She models confidence for every woman watching her

This is what we call the iWoman Ripple Effect and it is why every programme we deliver is designed not just for the individual in the room, but for every person she will influence afterwards.

Looking Ahead

In 2026 and beyond, iWoman is committed to:

  • Expanding iWoman Academy with new online and self-paced course options, making training accessible to women globally regardless of location or budget

  • Growing The Giving Chair programme to ensure pro bono access keeps pace with our corporate growth

  • Deepening our EDI work with organisations that are serious about structural change, not surface-level diversity

  • Building a media platform that amplifies the voices of women trained through iWoman a living showcase of what happens when women are prepared to lead
